Sturgis; Charles E. HILL, 71, died May 18, 1990, at his home. He had been ill several months.

He was born Aug. 26, 1918, in Chicago, Illinois, a son of John and Florence (FLTZPATRICK) HILL.

On Oct. 26, 1940, he married Veronica GILSTRAP, in Topeka, Kansas

He was a Sturgis resident since 1980, coming from Chicago where he had lived several years. He was a printer and had worked in Chicago for several years. He was a member of the Typographical Union.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, John HILL and Michael HILL, both of Chicago; one daughter, Judy MOLENAR, North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and five grandchildren, David, Jessica, Jason, Emily and Anna. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Relatives and friends may call from 6-9 p.m. today at the Foglesong Funeral Home, Sturgis.

He will be taken to the Egan Funeral Home, 3700 W. 64 St., Chicago, where visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday. Services are at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home in Chicago, with the parish priest from St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
