TIONESTA, Nov. 17.-[Special.]-Ex-
Associate Judge Lewis A. Arner, of
Forest county, a resident of thia place, was struck by the locomotive of a southbound freight train of the W. N. Y, & P.
shortly after noon today and received
internal injuries which resulted in his
death at 6:30 o'clock this evening.
Judge Arner was about 77 years old,
and was the father of C. M. Arner, prothonotary of Forest county. He operated a small farm just below Hunter's Station, and was on his way to the farm when the accident accurred.
