SALISBURY, Feb. 11 - Mrs. Janolia I. Foil, 83, died Thursday at her home after an illness of a few hours. She had been in declining health. She was the widow of Thomas A. Foil. She is survived by one son, Brown A. Foil of Salisbury; three half brothers, Fred S., Robert L., and E. J. Roseman of Rowan County; seven grandchildren, and four-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Haven Lutheran Church, of which she was a member, by the pastor, the Rev. John L. Yost Jr. Burial will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at 2:30 p.m
