Graveside service for Bettye Sue Metcalf, 74, of Joaquin will be at 2 p.m. today at Johnson Cemetery, Joaquin, with the Rev. Paul Warren officiating.
Metcalf died May 3, 2005, in Center. Born Aug. 29, 1930, in Shelby County, she was the the daughter of Jack and Gay Hanson Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Assembly of God Church. She was married to Burtice "Bert" Bernard Metcalf, son of Thomas Leslie Metcalf and Susie Jane Wilburn, he preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters, Barbara Bohannon of San Augustine and Vicki Metcalf of Joaquin; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. today. Watson and Sons Funeral Home, Center. Pending Virginia Easley, 90, of Nacogdoches; died Wednesday in Nacogdoches; Laird Funeral Home.
