MELVIN R. WOODWARD

Funeral services for Melvin Ronald Woodward, 36, of 1046 Eighth East, Salt Lake City, who was found dead in a State street theatre Wednesday at eleven forty-five p.m., will be conducted Monday at one p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East Seventh South.
Mr. Woodward was taken from the theatre to Salt Lake General hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
Mr. Woodward was born October 20, 1908 in Brigham City, a son of George A. and Josephine Smith Woodward, and was co-owner of Woodward Auto Salvage Co., 2519 South State, Salt Lake City.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Gladys Johnson Woodward; a son and daughter, Judith Karen and James Stephen Woodward, Salt Lake City; two brothers, Russell George Woodward, Salt Lake City; Floyd W. Woodward, Promontory; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Kirkham, Valmy, Nev.; Mrs. Doris Ruggerio, Ogden; his step-mother, Mrs. Lottie Woodward, Brigham City; two half-sisters, Joyce and June Woodward, Brigham City; one step-brother, George Hewitt Willard; four step-sisters, Mrs. Ruth Henderson, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Ireta Stubbs, Vangora, Me.; Mrs. Grace Woodward, Promontory, and Mrs. Velma Madsen, Honeyville, and a grandfather, Albert George Woodward, Corinne, Box Elder County.
Friends may call at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East Seventh South, Salt Lake, prior to services. Burial will be in the Corinne Cemetery.
