[Edmore-Funeral services were held this afternoon at Stebbins Funeral Home for Howard F. Crosby, 59, rural Edmore, who died Saturday at his home. The Rev. Thomas Williams officiated and interment was in Richland Cemetery at Vestaburg.
Mr. Crosby, an auto mechanic, was born in Grand Rapids, O., Aug. 7, 1898. He was formerly employed at Dodson Chevrolet, Edmore.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Cornell, Grand Rapids, Mrs. Janet Riggle, Cedar Springs, and Mrs. Betty Olin, Pontiac, and three sons, Eugene, Edmore, Charles at home and Roger, stationed with the Navy at Rhode Island.
Other survivors are three brothers Floyd Crosby, Lansing, Marion, Vestaburg, and Clyde, and 16 grandchildren.]
