Cirsten R. Englebach, 32, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina with her infant son, Eli E. Thanscheidt, who was born at rest Sunday, July 10, 2011. Cirsten was born on July 24, 1978 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Mark E. Englebach and Carolyn S. Tomlin.

Cirsten is survived by her mother, Carolyn Tomlin of Jamestown; children, Eyann and Cora Zimmerman, Carroll Thanscheidt, all of Jamestown; 2 sisters, Amber Englebach-Wachowiz and husband Benji of Rock Hall, Maryland, Holly Englebach-Dodson and husband Stevan, and their 2 daughters, Harlie and Kady of Chestertown, Maryland; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Eli is also survived by his father and Cirsten's companion, Patrick Thanscheidt of Jamestown; grandparents, Anita and Tom Thanscheidt of Salina; and aunt Carroll Scadden of Salina. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Englebach.

Memorial Services for Cirsten and Eli will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 16, 2011 in the Jamestown United Methodist Church, Jamestown with Pastor Norma Thompson officiating. Cirsten and Eli will be escorted by Cirsten's sisters to their final resting place in the Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown. Family will greet friends from 6 – 9 PM, Friday, July 15, 2011 in the Jamestown Community Center, Jamestown. In Lieu of flowers, an education fund has been set up for Cirsten's children at the Jamestown State Bank.
