He was pre-deceased by his father and mother: Noah Hearst and Rose O'Neal Price.
Surviving are a daughter: Jessica Ann Buck Price of Raleigh, NC; two brothers; Noah H. Price, Jr. of Avon and Douglas Price of Raleigh, NC.
A celebration of life will held at St. John's United Methodist Church, Monday, May 8, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. Susie Fitch-Slater and Rev. Bryan Gray officiating. Burial will be in the family cemetery in Avon. Twiford's Island Chapel, Hatteras, is assisting the family.
