11th and last child of Levi Madison Palmer & Jeanette Clark (Bell) Palmer, Flossie Bell Palmer died at the tender age of 21 months from typhoid fever. She would later have a namesake - Flossie Bell (Palmer) Baldwin, dtr of William Samson Palmer & Rhoda Ann Winnie (Riley) Palmer.
