Born Dec. 25, 1918 in Cannelton, she was the daughter of Uma and Samuel Williams.
Wife of the late Basil Arbaugh of Cannelton, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Lester and Charles and sisters, Virginia Gregory and Betty Jane Bowling.
She loved to read, sew, quilt and take care of her family.

She is survived by her sons and their wives, Ronald and Lou Ann of Summersville and Glenn and Ann of Elkhart, Ind., daughters and son-in-law, Janet Phibbs of Kingsport, Tenn., and Kathy and Tim Browning of Cannelton, her grandchildren, Penny Williams, Shaun Arbaugh, Annette Abbott, Chantay-Radar Arnold, Phillip Radar, Bart Arbaugh, Tamara Thompson and Abigail Browning, 11 great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
