BILOXI --- Leroy "Toto" Arceneaux, 70, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2000, in Biloxi.

Mr. Arceneaux was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a Navy veteran and a fisherman. He was a Catholic.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Regina Jeannette Hebert Arceneaux; his father, Joseph Arceneaux; seven sisters, Stella Hardy, Lillian Ross, Leona Meaux, Eunice Crawford, Josephine Cannette, Florence Parker Arceneaux and Felician Hebert; five brothers, Eddie Arceneaux, Felix Arceneaux, Tillie Arceneaux, Julwes Arceneaux and Lawrence Arceneaux; a stepdaughter, Tina Darlene Walls; and a grandchild, Whitney James.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Joan Bell Arceneaux of Biloxi; three stepdaughters, Joni Duncan of Biloxi, Julia Torrence of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Teresa James of Irmo, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
