ROWE, Temple F., 89, of Highland Springs, died July 20, 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Mattie M. Rowe, and one sister, Inez Anis. He served faithfully as a security guard at Philip Morris for over 20 years and was a member of Meadowood Church of God. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He is survived by one brother, Latney Rowe of Seattle, Wash.; two nephews, Louis and David Anis of Richmond; and two stepsons, Louis Burnett of Highland Springs and Edward Burnett of Richmond. Visitation will be Thursday, July 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Service Friday, July 27 at 10 a.m. in the Nelsen Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Pastor N. A. Kennedy. Interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park.
