He was a resident of the Bridgeport/Stratford area for over forty years. He was the former Director of the City Welfare Dept. for the City of Bridgeport. He was last employed as a salesman at Burgundy Chevrolet. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and also attended Fairfield University. He was the first President and Founder of Futuro, a foundation for the development of scholarship funds for the hispanic community. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict serving in the Air Force. Funeral services were with full military honors.
