Ballston Spa — Mrs. Mary Abbey, widow of Ebenezer Abbey and widow of Miss Esther Bailey and mother of Floyd Bailey of Ballston Spa, died this morning [28 June] at Benedict Memorial Hospital [Ballston Spa]. Born Dec. 17, 1867, she was a member of East Galway Methodist Church and had lived here at 2 Van Buren St.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 at the Wheeler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Winston A. Saunders, Methodist pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Ballston Spa Cemetery.
