Mrs. Minnie E. Vought, 89, of 315 N. Bankson Street, St. Louis, passed away Wednesday evening, November 25, at the Schnepp Nursing Home in St. Louis. She had been in poor health the last year.
Mrs. Vought was born February 15, 1881 in Greendale Township, Midland County, Michigan, the daughter of Clarissa and Charles Wheeler.
In St. Louis on December 24, 1898, she was united in Marriage to Edward F. Vought of St. Louis and he preceded her in death on April 7, 1952.
She had lived in Greendale Township most or her life, having moved to St. Louis eighteen years ago.
She was a member of the St. Louis Church of Christ all of her life.
Surviving are Four Sons, Charles of Clearwater, Florida; Alger of Alpena, Michigan, Clarence of Bay City, Michigan, and Harold of St. Louis, Michigan; Five Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 28, at 1:00 p.m. from the Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis.
Mr. Henry McAdams of St. Louis, will officiate and Burial will be at the Greendale Township Cemetery in Midland County.
