Tena H. Fast
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, 2001, in Highland Community Church in Gresham for Tena H. Fast, who died Sept. 14 at age 93. Mrs. Fast was born Tena H. Friesen on March 11, 1908, in Jansen, Neb. She moved in 1939 to Portland and was a homemaker. She was a charter member of the church. In 1927, she married the Rev. David K. Fast; he died in 1963.
Survivors include her daughter, Doris Newcomb; sisters, Erna Schierling and Evelyn Peters; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Interment in Lincoln Memorial Park. Remembrances to the church. Arrangements by Bateman-Carroll.
