ELON COLLEGE - Mr. Sam H. Mabry, 81, of 2817 Gilliam Road died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1993, in Warren County.

A native of Stanley County, he was the husband of Mrs. Elizabeth Stafford Mabry, and son to the late James Cleon Mabry and the late Isabell Craton Mabry. He was retired from Mabry Industries.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rich & Thompson Chapel, Burlington, by the Rev. Norman Harris, Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Elon College. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.

Surviving are wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Stafford Mabry of the home; sons, Mr. James Byron Mabry of Burlington, Mr. Phillip Stafford Mabry of Yanceyville, Mr. Dennis Wayne Mabry of Elon College; sister, Mrs. Helen Beaver of China Grove; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the Rich & Thompson Mortuary in

Burlington 6-8 p.m. Monday, other times they will be at the residence.
