Eula Mae Rhodes Quidley, 86, of Buxton died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in Elizabeth City.

Born in Onslow County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Walter James Rhodes and the late Lula Pearl Hudson Rhodes and was the widow of Mahonie A. Quidley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God.

Mrs. Quidley is survived by a daughter, Brenda Joyce Good of Buxton; three sons, Michael Dale Quidley and Jack Edward Quidley both of Buxton and Donald Dwain Quidley of Wilson; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Lighthouse Assembly of God by the Rev. Roger Barnett and the Rev. T.J. Rausch. Burial will be in Quidley Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Twiford Funeral Homes' Island Chapel, Hatteras, NC is assisting the family with arrangements.
