He was born Aug. 19, 1929, in rural Moundridge, the son of Ben J.C. Stucky and Elma Krehbiel. A lifetime Harvey County resident, he graduated from Moundridge High School in 1947. He was owner and operator of Stucky Audio Services, Newton, retiring after 43 years of service.
He belonged to Central Community Church, Wichita.
On June 11, 1954, he married Betty Jantz in Moundridge. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Darrel Stucky, Jackson, Wyo., and Bruce Stucky, Topeka; a daughter, Terri Howard, Wichita; a sister, Virginia Florian, Wilson; and three grandchildren."
