BENTONVILLE — Brune Henry Meints, 81, of Bentonville died July 24, 2002, at Heritage Park Nursing Home in Rogers. He was born June 5, 1921, in Beatrice, Neb., to Henry Frederick and Anna Katherina Paben Meints. He was a mechanic at RWR Sales/Threets Yazoo in Bentonville. He was a member of the Bentonville Senior Citizen Center and Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers. He was a Mason in Bentonville and was a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Francis Arlene Meints, on Dec. 2, 2000.
Survivors include one son, Alvin Meints and wife Charlotte of Rogers; one daughter, Loretta Keck of Rogers; one sister, Angeline Kilker of Sioux City, Iowa; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hickman Cemetery in Pea Ridge.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers.
