Waldo F Brandt, 82, died July 15, 1995 at Pleasant View Home in Inman, Kansas.
He was born January 22, 1913 at Mountain View, Oklahoma, the son of Jacob and Anna Reimer Brandt. He graduated from Bethel College in 1939 with a degree in industrial arts. He retired from the Mennonite Press after 42 years and he was formerly of North Newton.
He was a member of Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton; the Halstead and Newton Art Associations, Newton Lions Club, a board member of the local AARP and a charter member of Newton area Senior Center.
On June 8, 1941 he married Avis Unruh at Pawnee Rock. They had a son and two daughters.
Private burial service will be in Restlawn Garden of Memory, Newton. Memorial service was held at Buhler Mennonite church.
