Barry Franklin Jones, age 60, of Carthage, N.C., died Wednesday April 20, 2011.
He was born in Randolph County, North Carolina to the late Russell Ellis Jones and Beulah Atkins Jones. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Joel Jones and Reid Jones.
Surviving relatives is a daughter, Paula Peters and husband Ed of Ohio; brothers, Ellis Jones, Jr., Norris Jones and wife Donna both of Carthage and Lynn Jones and wife Janice of Sanford; and sisters, Katie Holt and Adelaide Gerry and husband Chris both of Sanford, LaRue Black of Cameron and Julie Thompson and husband Ronnie of Broadway.
Visitation will be held at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday April 26, 2011.
A Memorial Service will be conducted following the visitation at 7:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home Chapel.
