She was an active member of the Moreland Presbyterian Church in Portland, Oregon; Smith Memorialin Fairview, Oregon and had been an active member of the Trinity Luthern Church in Moorhead Minnesota.
After moving to Oregon, Evelyn became a merchandise inspector for Montogmery Wards.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Murdo John McGregor (memorial #68720193), her son, Murdo James McGregor (memorial #68138404), and her baby daughter Beverly Annette McGregor who lived less than two days.
Surviving her were her two daughters, Mary (McGregor) Cates and Margaret (McGregor) Robinson (memorial #1127648); and 7 grandchildren.
