He is survived by his ex-wife, Ethel Lutjen of Buckner, MO; their four children, Delores Wilson of Mayview, MO, David Roesch of Blairstown, MO, Brenda Westmoreland of Buckner and Emil Joseph Roesch III of Buckner; a brother, Mike Wiles, of Mendon, MI; a sister, Cheryl Shamp of Liberty, MO; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Interment will be held Friday, October 4, at 1:30 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, 20109 Business Highway 13, Higginsville, MO. The Kansas City Star, October 2, 2002
