Florence Lees, 98, Fargo, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, in Elim Nursing Home, Fargo.
Florence Chamberlain was born March 26, 1904, in Pelican Rapids, Minn. She moved with her family to Fargo, where she grew up and attended school. On December 10, 1934, she married Floyd Lees. They lived in Fargo. In 1958, they moved to Colfax, N.D. He died in 1996 ( error, he died in 1966). She moved back to Fargo and spent winters in Tacoma, Wash.
She is survived by a son, Harlan, Moorhead; two daughters, Shirley Irvin, Fargo, Marlyn Christlieb, Hitterdal; 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation: One hour before the funeral in the church.
Memorial: Monday at 3 in Elim Home Ministry Center, Fargo.
