Actor from the late 1950s to the mid- 1990s. He was a guest actor on many various television shows including "The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" and "Baywatch" with several series roles including stints as Henry Jefferson in "All in the Family" and the "Scarecrow and Mrs. King's" Billy Melrose. Along the way he could be found in the junkyard of "Sanford and Son," with our favorite capped crusader in "Greatest American Hero," sailing aboard the "The Love Boat" and hanging with the gals in Miami in "The Golden Girls." He was also a director on the "Get Christy Love" series in the early 70s. When not acting, he was teaching acting classes at San Francisco State University and was a saxophonist who played with several jazz greats. He was married and had one child before his death.
