Glennie was the third of four children born to Percy Lee and Bessie Isabel (Wicker) Kivett. She married Edward Lee Webster Sr.in 1931 and they were the parents of two children: Edward Lee Jr., and Mary D.

GIBSONVILLE - Mrs. Glennie Violet Kivett Webster, 89, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 22, 2000, at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Webster will be available for viewing at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory Thursday evening, Sept. 21, 2000. The family will receive friends at the home of the granddaughter, Susan Dixon, 202 Driftwood Drive, Gibsonville.
