NORVELL RAY LILLY
Norvell Ray Lilly, 62, of South Charleston, died Sept. 4, 1990, at home, after a long illness. He was retired from Union Carbide with 36 years' service as a welder and pipefitter and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church, Alum Creek. Surviving: wife, Margie; sons, Norwin and Terry, both of Alum Creek and Deitz of Lynchburg, Va.; daughter, Dreama Smith of Alum Creek mother, Mrs. Mae Lilly of Alum Creek; sisters, Eulah Duncan of Alum Creek and Beula Mooney of Charleston; brother, Franklin of Alum Creek; five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Curry Funeral Chapel, Alum Creek, with the Rev. Bill Miller and the Rev. Frank Chapman officiating. Entombment will be in Graceland Memorial Park Mausoleum, Ruthdale Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Curry Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Kanawha Hospice Care Inc., 1321 Dunbar Ave. Dunbar, W. Va. 25064
