Raymond Andrews Jr. age 55 formerly of Waterford, Michigan, was a resident of Honor House, an independently run home for low income people and homeless veterans. He passed away as a result of a fire that appears to have started by a candle in one of the bedrooms. Cause of death smoke and carbon monoxcide inhalation. It was also indicated in another article that neither of the men who passed where veterans.
