The funeral for Mrs. Ole Arre, 97, Eventide Lutheran Home, Moorhead, was held Fri. in Grace United Methodist Church. She died Tue. Alice Sanford was born Jan. 28, 1883 at Minneapolis, taught school in SD for a time, & married Mr. Arre, Oct. 23, 1906 at Minneapolis They farmed at Ulen from 1916 to 1935 when they moved to Moorhead. He died in 1951. Survivors include a son & a daughter, Arthur, Fargo, Cass, North Dakota., & Mrs. Helen Willum, Springfield OR., a brother Ed Sanford, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota., 15 grandchildren [don't have the rest of article].
NOTE: Alice and Ole had a third son, Oscar Claude (OC) who died as a child in a farming accident according to his death certificate. His death certificate does not provide a burial location.
