Sybil Duckett Klovski, 92, of Bowling Green, died at 3:38 p.m. Jan. 14, 2011, at a Bowling Green nursing home.

The Warren County native was a teller at National Bank of Detroit, and she was a volunteer at The Medical Center for 15 years. She was a member of Mount Zion Church of Christ and Richardsville Eastern Star No. 171. She was a daughter of the late Thomas J. Duckett and Elizabeth Russell Duckett and the wife of the late Grant Klovski.

Funeral is at 4 p.m. today at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, with burial at 10 a.m. Monday at Oak Forest Cemetery at Riverside. Visitation is from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Janet Hardin and her husband, Bob, of Bowling Green; a son, Terry Goad and his wife, Judy, of The Woodlands, Texas; a sister, Gladys Mercer of Bowling Green; two brothers, James Duckett and his wife, Ludean, of Bowling Green, and Lester Duckett of Wayne, Mich.; grandchildren, Michael Swan and his wife, Karen, Julie Smith and her husband, Michael, Kurt Goad and his wife, Rebecca, Robert Hardin, Melissa Hardin, Charles Hamilton and his wife, Clare, and Paula Wimberley and her husband, David; great-grandchildren, Sara Swan, Laura Swan, Jake Swan, Preston Hans, Kate Hans, Robby Goad, Wyatt Smith, Jake Wimberley and Grace Wimberley; and several nieces and nephews

Mt. Zion mourns the loss of our very own, Sybil Klovski. Sybil passed away this afternoon at Greenwood Nursing Home (formally Britthaven). Please be praying for Janet and Bob and the entire family during this difficult time. Sybil meant so much to our congregation and she loved God with all her heart.

Visitation will begin this Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Hardy & Son Funeral Home on Louisville Road. The funeral will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. A burial service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Oak Forest Cemetery in Riverside.
