Cecil McKinney Arnold, 55, of Shepherdstown and formerly of Cabins, died Dec. 4, at his residence.
Born Aug. 28, 1945, in Harrisonburg, Va., he was the son of Ollie Blanche (McKinney) Arnold of Petersburg and the late Justin Edward Arnold.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pamela C. "Pam" (Hill) Arnold; two sons, Andrew Arnold of Shepherdstown and J.J. Arnold of Santa Fe, N.M.; one sister, Charlotte Campbell of Goldsboro, N.C.; one brother, Douglas Arnold of Cabins; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial graveside services were Dec. 8, at the Elmwood Cemetery, Shepherdstown.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. (12/12)
