ALEDO - C. Jeanne Holsclaw, 77, of Aledo, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2003, at the Aledo Health and Rehab Center.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo. The Rev. Chleo Brown will officiate. Burial will be at a later date at Lick Creek Cemetery in Perry.
There will be no visitation.
Mrs. Holsclaw was born Oct. 16, 1925, in Perry to Walter and Melda English Elliott.
She was married to Leland Sleyster in November 1946, in Mexico. She was later married to William Holsclaw. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Caren Sleyster of Holly Springs, Miss.; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Tamara Holsclaw of Hubert, N.C.; grandchildren, Sonny Sleyster of Blane, Minn., and Christopher, Crystal and B.J. Holsclaw, all of Hubert; two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Jacy Sleyster of Blane; and one sister, Jane Smith of Jefferson City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister.
