HELEN LOUISE BURDETTE BERRY, 75, of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2005, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2005, at Ferrell Funeral Home Chapel, Huntington, by the Rev. Cleo Watson. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. She was born July 30, 1929, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Leslie H. and Rosa O. Winton Burdette. She retired from Cabell Huntington Hospital as a nurse aid. She attended the Baptist Temple Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Berry and one brother, Bobby N. Burdette. Survivors include one son, Robert A. Brown; one sister, Wanda J. Ritchie; and one brother, Jimmy H. Burdette; along with a host of other loving friends and family. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Ferrell Funeral Home, with whom arrangements are entrusted.
