Susie Marie Simmons Stewart, 94, of Akron passed away June 14, 2002.
Susie was a retired employee of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. She was born in Tariff, Roane County, W.Va., but lived most of her life in Akron.
She is survived by one brother, Bert Simmons of Millwood, W.Va.; and also many special nieces and nephews; including a wonderful extended family of friends from the Akron area and Arbors of Fairlawn.
Susie was preceded in death by her husband, Perry L. Stewart; and one sister.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m Tuesday, June 18, 2002, in mausoleum chapel at Rose Hill Burial Park. No visitation will be observed.
