Christopher John Wimberley, 35, of Osage Beach died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. He was born June 27, 1967, in Rolla to Cheryl Smith. His mother and stepfather, Cheryl and Henry Buechter, survive in Osage Beach.
Also surviving him are a daughter Nikki Wimberley of Montrose; two brothers, Jason Wimberley of Kaiser and Tony Buechter of Eldon; two sisters, Tina Wimberley of Holts Summit and Amanda Buechter of Osage Beach; his step-father, Dilbert Machon of Iberia; and two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with the Rev. Stan Way officiating. Burial was in the Iberia Cemetery.
