John S. Ridenhour, 79 years old, residing east of Oklahoma City, died Thursday in a hospital here. He is survived by his wife and eight children. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Capitol Hill funeral home.

John S. Ridenhour, 79 years old, and residing south and east of the city died in a hospital here Thursday. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Capitol Hill funeral home in charge of Rev. T.G. Netherton. Burial will be in Sunny Lane cemetery. He leaves seven children, Mrs. G.W. Kelly of Oklahoma City, I.C. Ridenhour of Drumright, I.M. Ridenhour of Seminole, Mrs. J.B. Frederick of Tahlequah, Mrs. J.W. Adair of Drumright, Mrs. C.P. Frederick of Quay and Mrs. A.L. Hutchinson of Tulsa. (THE OKLAHOMAN)
