When Narcissa married Robert, Robert adopted both her two daughters Elza and Isabel. Unfortunately Elza and Isabel died when they were very young and are buried in the same plot beside her husband's parents, Reverend William and Rosey Brittain. Narcissa and Robert did not have any children together, and are also buried in East Hamilton Cemetery, Shelby County, Texas.
