Keith Jay, of Pauls Valley was born October 25, 1964 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Hubert Norman and Lena (Gorden) Jay. He attended school in Elmore City and is an Elmore City High School graduate.
He passed away December 18, 2010 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 46 years.
Keith was married to Amber Shalver in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on May 24, 2007.
He was a Tree Surgery and Trimming Foreman; a member of Beaty Baptist Church and had made Pauls Valley and Garvin County his home all of his life.
He loved Harley's and among his many activities Keith enjoyed fishing.
Surviving family include his wife, Amber of the home; his mother, Lena Jay; his father and mother-in-law, Gary and LaDonna Beaver; his father-in-law, Larry Shalver; one brother, Phillip Jay; two sisters, Jerri Jay and Judy Jay and her husband, Chuck; two sisters-in-law, Melanie Shalver, all of Pauls Valley; and Laycee Beaver, of Wynnewood; four nephews, Cody Lane, Chuckie Gomez, Mickie Gomez, and Conner Jones; and a host of cousins, aunts and, uncles; as well as other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Jay; and grandparents, Alfred and Emily Jay and Jim and Retha Gorden.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Pastor Stephen Reid. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Interment and professional services are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
