TOTTEN, Second Lieutenant David Reece: age 25, of 109 Ellison Avenue, was killed in Norwich England, April 14th, 1945, while serving with the U.S. Army. The body will arrive at the Keyser Funeral Home Friday morning and will be taken to the residence Saturday at 6 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 8th, at 4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, with Dr. Alvin J. Cook, officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park. American Legion Post No. 32, of Beckley, will have charge of the military rites at the grave side. Active pallbearers will be Bill Barrett, Aubrey Halstead, P. O. Alderson, Glenn Webb, Bill Harris and Melvin Wood. The family requests no flowers.
