Ms. Gean Arrington, 62, of Richmond, a retired DuPont employee, passed away on January 5, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father, Pilpon; mother, Margie (Byrd); and brother, George Arrington.
She is survived by godchildren, Brian (Felicia), Angel and Andrea Canada, and devoted Javon Jackson; godgrandson, Rashaun Fountain; devoted family and friends, Jacqueline Jackson, James Arrington (Gloria), Derek Goodall; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Remains rest Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends on Sunday (today) from 5 to 6 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held Monday, January 10 at 11 a.m. Bishop John Harris, officiating. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
