Graveside services for Elizabeth (Bettie Mae)Avent
will be held on Sunday at 2:00PM from the Avent Family Cemetery in Nashville. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5-6PM at William Toney's Funeral Home in Spring Hope.

Bettie Mae's legacy of love continues. Striving to continue the legacy and treasuring the memories are her children; Joseph Bell (Anita), Eddie Bell, Ulysses Avent Jr., Glennie Moyd (Melvin), H. Elaine Johnson (Willis), Gregory Avent (Joan), Michael Avent, Horace Avent (Gloria), Lorraine Avent, Kennedy Avent (Timiko); her brother, Alex Bell (Henrietta), Louisburg, NC; thirty-four grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and very special friends.
