He was born March 1, 1963, to Wayne M. Allen and Virginia L. Sutter in Portland. He attended Windsor Schools.
He held various job, but his main job was as a Maine blood worm digger.
He loved fishing, bowling, and four-wheeling. He was a jokester and loved to tell jokes to anyone who would listen. He loved to spend time with friends and family.
He was predeceased by his dad, Wayne M. Allen; his mom, Virginia L. Sutter; and brother Ronald C. Sutter.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Allen; four sons, Darryell Heald of Lewiston, Paul Heald of Lewiston; Matthew Allen of Chelsea and Derek Cooke of Hope; three brothers; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on May 28 at 2 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church at 237 Easterv Ave., Augusta.
