Robert G. Abbiatti, 88, Liberty, Mo., passed away peacefully April 30, 2010.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 3, at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, at Shiloh Cemetery, Greenfield, Mo.
Bob was born October 30, 1921, in Miller, Mo., to Bill and Marie Abbiatti.
He proudly served in the AirForce during World War II. He met his future wife, Dorothy, while he was stationed in England. They were married June 2, 1945.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Perry Abbiatti, and daughter-in-law Rene Abbiatti.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Abbiatti; sons David Abbiatti and wife Amy, and Glenn Abbiatti; four grandchildren, Scott Abbiatti, Mike Abbiatti and wife Audrey, Russell Abbiatti and Denaie Ashworth and husband Jeff; one great grandson, Jordan Abbiatti; sister Joann Astles and nieces, nephews and cousins.
