Other than his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Patricia Hunter of Hendersonville, TN; two step-daughters, Rita Conaway and husband Eddy of Jackson, TN and Karan Holt and husband Randy of Florence, AL; two step-grandchildren, Brandon Conaway, Carrie Holt, and two sisters.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Groves was preceded in death by one son, Robert Dale (Bubba) Groves.
