Mary Alice McQuay of Arizona City, formerly of St. Johns, died Saturday, June 14, 2008, at her home in Arizona City. She was born in Elkins, W.Va., the daughter of the late Clayton and Lillie Jones. She was a housewife, loving mother of two and loving grandmother of five.
She is survived by her husband, Hal David McQuay; son Mike (Rhonda) McQuay of St. Johns, daughter Desiree (Mike) McShane of Chandler; and five grandchildren, Trenton and Jennae McQuay of St. Johns, Mariah and Maranda McQuay of Chandler and Madison McQuay.
She is also survived by three sisters and one brother, Margaret (Richard) Ward of Jefferson City, Miss., Evelynn Jesse and Beulah (Lowell) Dublin, both of Bryan, Ohio, and Ray (Stella) Jones of Edgerton, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 20, at 10 a.m. at St. Johns the Baptist Catholic Church in St. Johns. Interment will follow at the St. Johns Catholic Cemetery.
