Mrs. Mollie Rippeto Carrington, 79, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Flatt, after an extended illness. Funeral services were scheduled Wednesday at Hooper and Huddleston funeral home with Gilbert Shaffer officiating. Burial was in the Double Springs cemetery.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, J. M. Carrington of Bloomington Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd Flatt, Rt. 4, and Mrs. Tom Kuykendall of Cookeville; two sisters, Mrs. T. B. Presley of Daiard, TX, and Mrs. H. Clark of Harlianda, KS; a brother, Zeb Kirby of Inglewood, CA, and five grandchildren.
