C.P. 'Bud' Schrader

C. P. ‘Bud' Schrader, age 79, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away November 15, 2010 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

He was born December 10, 1930 at Parkersburg, W.Va., a son of the late C. E. ‘Vic'and Ruby Ellen Brown Schrader.

Bud was a 1949 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was retired after 30 Years service at E.I. Dupont, Washington Works and had worked at the Memorial Toll Bridge for 19 years. He was an avid Nascar fan and was a member and Deacon of Harmony Baptist Church, formerly the Broadway Baptist Church.

He is survived by three daughters, Jenifer ‘Peach' Wright (Matthew), Paula Schrader and Tina Dennewitz (Brian)all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one son, Stephen Schrader (Heather) of Fort Myers, FL.; one sister, Carolyn Eaton (Carl) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Whited Schrader; two infant brothers, Vernon Eugene and Russell Schrader; one infant sister, Frances Schrader; and a sister, Ilene Full.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Don Yeager officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
