William 'Charles' Haden Sinnemon

Funeral services for William "Charles" Haden Sinnemon, 72, of Jonesboro, formerly of Habersham County, were held Monday, Oct. 11, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Stockbridge, with the Rev. Lavelle Sanders officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Sinnemon died Oct. 7, 2010, at his residence.

Born Oct. 31, 1937, he was the son of the late William "Monroe" and Cleo Fennell Sinnemon. He also was preceded in death by his wife, Carol D. Sinnemon; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Carl Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Ann D. Sinnemon; nephews, Mark Wood, Daryl Wilson; and niece, Audra Sinnemon.

Mr. Sinnemon retired from Yellow Freight Co. and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Randy Godwin; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Lisa Sinnemon; granddaughters, Courtney, Haley and Jordan Godwin, Cayla Sinnemon; grandson, Haden Sinnemon; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jackie and Harold Stowe, Sandra and Ronnie McCune; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rudy and Peggy Sinnemon, Billy and Susan Sinnemon; aunt, Daisy Fennell; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
