Lady Belle was called "Kitty" by family her whole life. She was a twin, her brother Thomas Bain "Tom" Jones, Jr. died in 1969. She married Jacob "Jack" Brenneman in 1930 and had five children, they divorced in 1954. She taught elementary school for 25 years, was a graduate of the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
